Did anybody else ever wonder why in the middle of the scene where she's calming down Cory after it's revealed that she does speed after it's revealed that Gina did Rex Manning on top of the copy machine, Deb suddenly goes to the bathroom?

I've watched this movie seventeen million times. My thought is that the Deb character is terrified of normal, intimate, friendly moments and so does something a little bit off to diffuse the moment in her head. Except...FAILURE. Doesn't get much more intimate than peeing in front of someone.
